Agnes Shore is a data and analytics leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations turn complex data into actionable business intelligence, stronger decision-making, and measurable outcomes. As Chief Data & Analytics Officer at STEAMe, she leads the company's data strategy and analytics, helping workforce leaders understand system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and track outcomes across the learner-to-employment journey.

Before joining STEAMe, Agnes led analytics teams at Unite Us and NowPow, where she helped build the data strategy and infrastructure behind one of the nation's most recognized social care referral platforms. At NowPow, she led analytics and data science strategy, developing systems that made data more accessible, actionable, and useful for decision-making across the organization. Following NowPow's acquisition, she helped integrate its data, reporting, and analytics into Unite Us while advancing broader analytics strategy and product development.

Earlier in her career, Agnes was a Senior Data Scientist and Analytics Team Lead at MPA Healthcare Solutions, where her work focused on healthcare quality, risk assessment, predictive modeling, and Medicare outcomes. Her research has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications examining hospital performance, readmissions, and patient outcomes.

Across healthcare, social care, and workforce development, Agnes has focused on how organizations can move beyond collecting data to making data actionable. She believes strong business intelligence should help leaders understand what is happening, uncover opportunities for improvement, make smarter decisions, and measure whether investments are producing better outcomes over time.

Agnes holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
