Leslie Paith

Chief Product Officer

Leslie Paith is a product and technology leader with more than a decade of experience building solutions designed to strengthen communities and improve people’s lives. As Chief Product Officer at STEAMe, she leads product vision, strategy, innovation, and go-to-market design, bringing together customer needs, data, design, and technology to build workforce infrastructure that works across complex ecosystems.

Before joining STEAMe, Leslie held product leadership roles at NowPow and Unite Us, where she helped build and scale technology connecting people to health and social care resources. At NowPow, she led product managers and designers across professional and community-facing products, with a focus on user needs, healthcare outcomes, and creating intuitive experiences across a complex ecosystem.

Following NowPow’s acquisition, Leslie led product integration strategy at Unite Us, helping bring the two organizations’ consumer engagement products together and shape a unified product roadmap and experience.
Across healthcare, social impact, and workforce technology, Leslie has focused on translating complex systems into products that are useful, intuitive, and built to scale. At STEAMe, she brings that human-centered approach to building products that help workforce partners coordinate their work, understand the full learner journey, and connect more people to meaningful employment and economic opportunity.

Leslie holds a Master of Public Health in Health Administration and Management from UTHealth Houston and a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is also an IBM-certified Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner.
