Emmanuel Noel is an entrepreneur and workforce technology leader with nearly a decade of experience building solutions that help young people explore careers, develop skills, and connect to employment opportunities. As Chief Revenue Officer at STEAMe, he leads the company's growth strategy and works with workforce organizations, employers, and community partners to build stronger talent pipelines aligned with employer demand.

Before joining STEAMe, Emmanuel founded Skilbi, a career exploration and skill-building platform designed to help students navigate the path from education to employment. He grew the platform to more than 50,000 users and developed partnerships with employers and technology leaders to explore new ways AI and behavioral data could improve career discovery, skill development, and talent matching.

Previously, Emmanuel served as Head of Growth at Upkey, an EdTech career development platform where he built partnerships with more than 200 universities, growing a community of more than 250,000 students using the platform's tools. During the pandemic, he led the creation of a virtual work-based learning program at Upkey that gave more than 20,000 students access to career-building experiences in partnership with universities and businesses, at a time when traditional internships had largely disappeared. The program was also approved for academic credit in partnership with a Chicago-based university, allowing students to gain real-world experience while earning credit toward their degree.

Across his work in education, workforce development, and technology, Emmanuel has remained focused on a persistent challenge: too many people struggle to see how their skills and experiences connect to meaningful careers, while employers struggle to find the talent they need. He believes stronger connections between education, workforce organizations, employers, and technology can help close that gap and create more accessible pathways to economic opportunity.

Emmanuel holds an MBA from Concordia University Chicago and studied product management, systems engineering, and human-centered design at Cornell University.
